Welcome to the 2021 ID Vi rtual Exhibi t ion鈥� Enjoy the show! Even before the pandemic our class stood out in many ways. Being thirty-six students with various backgrounds and talents, we are going to be the largest graduating class in recent times from the Dawson Interior Design Program. The pandemic came and changed everything making our year even more memorable. We will be remembered as pandemic survivors enduring a world of endless lockdowns, as problem-solvers who had to quickly adapt to remote learning, and as trendsetters on a quest to find innovative alternatives. Interior design is about finding practical solutions to better one鈥檚 situation and we rose to that challenge as upcoming interior designers during a critical time. In the process, we discovered not only our ingenuity and resilience but also our innate desire to reconnect with people and nature for a sense of well-being. This year, our virtual exhibition reflects these sentiments with a natural, minimalist, and abstract concept expressed throughout our virtual space. We have incorporated arches into our virtual galleries as it connects to the pandemic鈥檚 symbol of the rainbow and this year鈥檚 motto of 鈥�ça va bien aller.鈥� So please join us in celebrating the curing power of creativity in transcending all limitations.
